Red is a bold color, rather aggressive in tone. It is the shade of the deepest part of a sunset or a Valentine’s rose. If red had a feel it would be slick like lacquer. If it had a taste it would be like an aged Bordeaux, aged and deep. If it had a sound it would be a loud drum, keeping time and making its presence known.

Red is the color of a fire truck. It looks uneasy. It is seen as sexy, but I see it as shallow. However, I do like fire trucks. It feels smooth like a new car's metal. It tastes bad like blood. It sounds cocky.

You can't feel red, nor taste, nor hear it. But, when I see red I automatically relate it to food. I can't explain why, I just know that when I look at the color red or a commercial uses the color red, I automatically am hungry. Of course that's different from when I was little. When I was little I always referred the color red to trouble due to the color code system that was used when I was in elementary school.

Red can be prickly like a cactus fruit. Swwt and juicy but a price to be paid to get to it. Like moving your arm through the beehive to reach honey. It is the color of warnings, danger, peril, excitement, anger, heat. The sound of red would be like the crackle of a fire, the warmth of the sun setting in the afternoon.

Red is very bold and vibrant. Red is beautiful and aggressive. Red is luscious and ravishing. Red is velvety soft and silky. Red is delicious. Red is the most delicious flavor in the world. Red sounds like an angel’s harp strings on a very cold snowy day where everything is white except Red. Red is an experience unto itself.
